As we prepare for our annual Winter Service, all customers who wish to send in their 2D systems for inspection or overhaul will find all relevant information, requirements, and process details here.

Preparing Your Equipment for the Next Season

As the end of the season is coming closer and we prepare our workshop to check and overhaul your parts for the coming season, we would like to share some guidelines, which help to process your parts.

To ensure prompt and cost efficient treatment of your parts, we kindly ask for the following:
  • Include a delivery note with the following data:
              – Team name
              – Return delivery address with phone and e-mail details
              – Invoice address with phone and e-mail details
  • If you consider your part to be malfunctioning, please describe the issue as accurately as possible, this helps to save time and money
  • Feel free to also provide us with measured data via our 2D upload portal
  • Please indicate your latest acceptable return date
  • Return only the parts that need to be checked
  • Only the parts that actually need to be checked

 

Providing this information helps us avoid unnecessary back-and-forth and speeds up the handling of your request.
By providing all necessary information, you make sure, that your parts will be treated at top priority and as economically as possible.
Parcels received without sufficient information cannot be treated and will be stored for a maximum of 6 months until being recycled.

If required information is submitted at a later stage, a handling fee of 100.00€ will apply. The deadline for the final goods receipt is 01 January 2026.
